TRAIN WITH THE BEST
OUR PROGRAM
At Prison Fight, it’s not just about the punches. It’s about discipline, responsibility, and the path to transformation. Each of our fighters trains in one of the three main combat disciplines – each gives a different strength, but all lead to the same thing: internal transformation.
BOXING – Respect, technique, character
Boxing is not just a fight – it’s a ritual that teaches humility. In prison, it is boxing that builds respect between rivals. It teaches precision, patience, and a sense of rhythm – also in life. For many of our participants, it is the first step to true discipline.
MUAY THAI – Tradition, strength, spirit
Muay Thai, Thai boxing, is an art with thousand-year roots. Elbows, knees, clinch – it’s a brutal but beautiful fight. In our version – it teaches respect for oneself and for another human being. In Thailand, it helped prisoners return to society. In Poland, it does the same.
PRISON FIGHT – START WITH A PUNCH. END WITH FREEDOM.
Not every fight ends with a sentence. This one can give you freedom.
In a world where a mistake often means the end, we give a new beginning.
Fights within Prison Fight are not just a sport – they are a path to transformation.
For many of our fighters, it’s the first time someone has trusted them.
The first time they fight not against the world, but for themselves.
